*IN CHRIST JESUS ALL GOD'S PROMISES ARE YES AND AMEN*

*2 Corinthians 1:20*

New King James Version (NKJV)

*_“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.”_*

What a great promise of God we have today in *2 Corinthians 1:20.* We see that for no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God.

In *Revelation 3:14,* the Lord Jesus is called the “Amen.”  We know that a promise is an oral or written agreement to do or not to do something, and in today’s promise, God tells us that He is dedicated to fulfill ALL His promises, by a Yes and Amen!

What to do from our part? You just need to make sure that your situation is in line with God’s Word, then believe and receive in Jesus name! Can you imagine that there are over 3000 promises of God for us to claim over our life in God’s Word, and to already know each of them is already a “Yes”, and a “Amen”

We serve and worship a faithful God! His word is limitless and all-powerful. We can find a perfect example of the faithfulness of the Word of God. Sarah did not believe for a second the promise of a son, but did God still fulfill it? Yes, Sarah bore Isaac despite of her age! And I just love the way God responded to Sarah in Genesis 18, when she had an unbelief laugh hearing God’s promise of a son, and the Lord answered her: ” Is there anything too hard for THE LORD?” We need to recognize that God is faithful and all-powerful.

All the Abigail, I invite you today to take a look at your life and ask yourself this:

Do I believe God when He said that the plans that He has for me are plans for welfare and not for calamity to give me a future and a hope? (Jeremiah 29:11), and that when He promises, He inevitably executes (2 Corinthians 1:20) or do I just choose to ignore His promise and voluntary live a sinful situation just because I am not able to wait and believe His promise?

I pray for all of us that Jesus who is the Master of our faith to fill us with unwavering faith in Him so we can embrace the life of the new creature that we are as daughters of God.

QUESTION: If you haven’t stand still in God’s promises, what are your plans to do so?

Until then, all the Abigails of God, remember that you are the Joy of God, stay blessed in Christ.
